Renae Oswald Anderson, Partner of Strategic Consulting & Coaching, LLC brings knowledge from over 35 years of leadership and management in health and human service organizations.  Since joining Strategic Consulting & Coaching in 2014, Renae has provided an array of leadership transition services which included the search, and onboarding the new leader. She has worked with many boards of directors regarding strategic planning, executive transitions, and governance including the board’s role in fundraising.

Renae has extensive experience in program design, delivery, and community collaborations of all sizes. Her resume is comprised of broad nonprofit sector and community building experience in both urban and rural settings. As a farmer’s daughter with extended family living and working in greater Minnesota she is especially concerned about the future of small towns and their educational systems.

Renae served as an adjunct faculty member in human services at Century College from 2013-2018.  She is passionate about the power of education to change people’s lives. Renae earned a Master’s degree in Nonprofit and Public Administration from Metropolitan State University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health with a minor in business administration. In addition, she is a graduate of the Shannon Leadership Institute and has participated in ToPs facilitation training.
