As a managing director of Korn Ferry’s Minnesota HR Interim team, Carrie leads the HR business development directors to create meaningful experiences for Korn Ferry’s consultants and clients.

Before Carrie joined Salo, a Korn Ferry company, in 2022, she owned and executive coaching/leadership development business for nearly 12 years.  Carrie’s earlier roles include director of organizational development for North America at CWT, director of training and development at Ryan Companies, and various training and business development roles at Best Buy.

Carrie began her career as an elementary teacher in Minneapolis where 95% of her students lived in poverty and many experienced homelessness.  What drew Carrie to Solid Ground is that we give families a stable, consistent place to call home, which allows kids to consistently attend the same school, to build friendships, get involved in school activities, and plant roots.  Solid Ground is proud to report that 100% of our school age children regularly attend school — the biggest indicator of graduation success.
