Jennifer Halligan, Senior Project Manager, 45 North Group
When Solid Ground started working on the EMP remodel, our Board highly recommended that we get an Owner’s Rep for our project.
After much research and many interviews, we chose 45 North Group, with Jennifer Halligan as our Project Manager. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience working with clients locally and globally on their facility projects. She has managed the vendor selection, planning, design, construction, and relocation of millions of square feet of corporate offices, research laboratories, clean rooms, and manufacturing facilities.
A registered architect, Jennifer has the unique experience of project management from three different vantage points; owner’s construction project manager, general contractor project manager; and project architect, she manages to our critical needs and priorities regarding function, budget, and schedule.
Jennifer keeps us on track, constantly looks to save money, holds everyone accountable, helps translate the often hard to understand world of construction – and keeps our kids, families, and mission top of mind for everyone that we are working with.
